Had a really nice stay of 3 nights, glad I've chosen it. The breakfast was plentiful and offered variety of items. The location was beautiful and stunning, very close to the most amazing " Tailend " restuarant.

Really enjoyed the place, stunningly beautiful and gorgeous for short stay. Very tasty breakfasts with porridge, large portions, the gentle scotish music in the background, the staff were nice! The location of the hotel was magnificent, near Playhouse. Everything was great, no complaint, I do recommend it.

Great portion size traditional Scottish breakfast, not greasy. Helpful staff. Clean and cosy property. Cosy and spotless room. Plenty of tea, coffee, and little touches like water and sweets. Lovely owner, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast menu with all tastes catered for. Convenient location with street parking and bus route.
For us it was ideal.

We stayed for weekend and will choose the place for future trips. The room was charming little and nicely furnished with a splendid view. The hotel's location was easy, close to the many regular buses, all the associated attractions of the town and the centre of Edinburgh.
