A good location and the decor is both simple and elegant.

This was my first time at the hotel and I booked this location for business reasons.

The room was clean and comfortable, and although we didnt stay in one they have theme rooms for both adults and kids, and this is the only decent hotel in the city that has theme rooms.

The rooms were a reasonable size with bathrooms fairly big and well laid out.

The rooms are slightly more spacious than average hotels and the bathrooms are very much so.

The hotel building is large, the rooms are well designed.

Another problem: restaurant does not open until 7am, so if you have pre conference meetings, as we did, make sure your group has pre ordered breakfast from the conference or hotel.

A buffet every night, good clean smelling rooms, in the center of town and complete with a bar, a club and 3 restaurants, not too mention a large pool and water slide.

A couple of tips: The breakfast buffet in the attached restaurant (Aalto's) is not great and the price is steep considering it doesn't even include coffee or a drink.

Aaltos food was not as good as we have had at other Canad Inn Aaltos- the buffet stated items that were not actually in the buffet- the waitresses were extremely busy and the toast came after the breakfast was almost eaten.

Breakfast - didn't eat at hotel too expensive.

The service was fantastic and the staff goes of their way to make you feel at home.

The staff were friendly and effiecient both at the front desk, and at the bar.

Overall the staff at the front desk were polite and the lady arranged this over the phone for us was just fantastic.

There is never a manager on sight, so the poor kids working the front desk get the brunt of angry customers, and believe me there was A LOT!

A nice lobby bustle that feels good and the pool is great.

Parking close to the hotel was a bit difficult.

Yes they have parking;however, it is shared with everyone who goes to the keystone centre.

Service were great and the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were friendly and rooms were very clean.

The staff were friendly, the family suite was clean.

Fire alarm went off during the night and the intercoms that give room messages-such as fire clear did not operate properly or were not operated properly.

We stayed in a kids' theme room, which was spacious, clean, and our kids loved it.
