The location is central to the U of M campus and the place is clean.

Central location, very quiet enjoyable stay and the lobby is beautiful and inviting.

The Campus Inn is in a convenient section of downtown ann arbor within walking distance to all the shops,eating establishments,college quad etc.

I didn't eat in, there are too many interesting places within walking distance.
