Its a good value hotel and we liked the price.
The location was good that is the countryside view, being able to park car by door + late check in arranged and close to main road.
The location was brilliant for my needs, we had to leave the hotel at 5.
This hotel was in a pleasant location giving ready access to Birmingham, staff were particularly friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable.
We would have had to get taxi's both ways.
Room is clean and bed very comfortable, but the chalet style makes it a bit noisy and suffers from a lack of privacy as everyone walks past your desk window to get to their rooms.
Services for the price paid and the comfy bed.
Friendly and very helpfull staff, comfortable bed, i especialliy liked the breakfast.

I liked the layout of the actual hotel, friendly staff and very convenient for the M5 motorway - comfortable bed.
The restaurant bar was very poor, with overpriced food that was bland and dry.
The restaurant is pretty good although the definition of an English Breakfast is a bit skimpy.
Handy to be able to eat in the restaurant at the hotel and the reasonable privacy of the separate bedroom block.
Furthermore the shower was good and on arrival I was told the chef was off so no meals would be available in the restaurant.
We ate in the restaurant on the first night.
As one has stayed at many hotels in a long business career and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
