The hotel is convenient and clean with very amiable staff. The location is perfect, 1 km from Le Ball Park. There is a good restaurant within easy walking distance of property. They serve plenty of meals, the food I tried was great. When I am in Pontarlier, I like staying here.

The place was comfortable and perfect and restaurant was excellant. It was a joy spending time in the stylish and reasonably large room with bunk beds. The rate was £ 43. The entire stuff was friendly and accommodating. The location was good and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from La premiere Disco Club.

Good breakfasts with lovely juice, the staff were all in all excellent. This location was convenient and perfect, next to City Center, Restaurants and Shopping, a retail park and other food places: D

My family and I truly enjoyed being there. The food was great and the staff were helpful and excellent. The location was perfect - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

Now very expensive for a motel.More expensive that many three star hotels

It was a long distance from the train station although their website says near to the city centre and station. Without luggage it was a 25-30 minute walk. It is near a motorway and so rather noisy. The rooms are situated on 3 levels with no lift and a spiral stairway. Not recommended for mature people or those with any physical difficuties.

The room I got was fashionable and exceptionally comfortable with tea, modern facilities, as example.

The room was really small.

I had a fantastic stay at Campanile in Pontarlier. The air conditioning in my room was a lifesaver on a scorching hot day, providing much-needed relief from the heat outside. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with proper beds for everyone. I appreciated the attention to detail, as I was given three towels, glasses, and other amenities for my party of three. The location was also great, with convenient shops nearby and a new American Diner that I absolutely loved.

There was a shortage of orange juice, only one type of cereal, and no pancakes or madeira cake. Additionally, by the time I arrived, there was only a small piece of baguette left and I had to ask for cold milk and knives.

I was just passing through to my destination I really like the campanile I will recomend it to others and I will use it whenever I need. THANK YOU 20 AUGUST 2011

Good parking and free Wi-Fi. Minimal noise from the nearby main road. Decent food in the restaurant and plenty of other dining options nearby. Varied shops in the vicinity. Lovely staff who accommodated my request for a quiet room with minimal disturbance.

Felt like part of the family, no reason to complain.
