The stay was great for a budget family vacation, we enjoyed the triple room and found it comfortable, with the hotel being conveniently located near the old town and accessible by taxi.

the staff are very polite and the room is modern exactly like in the picture.

The food options here are diverse and tasty, and the rooms have a modern and stylish look just as shown in the photos.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the overall experience. Secondly, the location in a residential area was great as it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was top-notch, with Miss Erika at the reception being particularly friendly and polite. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

Everything was fine.

We slept soundly as the beds are very comfortable. Bed sheets and covers are of very good quality. I also loved the fact that there was an electric kettle with tea and coffee sachets provided.

Under the beds, there were dust balls and the bathrooms were not thoroughly clean.

The reception staff could have been a little more friendlier to a guest staying for nearly a week.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The basic amenities were exactly like in the pictures, and my room was clean and neat. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The location was also great, with easy access to bus stations and a pleasant walk into the charming old town. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, setting me up for a day of exploring the stunning beauty of the area.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was excellent and I couldn't find anything to fault.

We liked comfortable beds with cosy duvet, bath/shower facilities, air con, free internet access, tea making facilities, close Carrefour supermarket for shopping.

Very difficult to find with or without map. Reception did not have any helpful better detailed maps and told us to look on the internet. Not everyone has sat nav available, so printed maps and lockal Campanile road direction need to be improved.

I would like that climatisation works.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Annecy. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met. The rooms were exactly like they were in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the delicious breakfast.

No improvements necessary, everything was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We were given a map of Annecy and this made our stay a lot easier.

The plat de jour was the same for the three nights we stayed so had to have the more expensive a la carte. Unfortunately not all meals on the menu were available.

The rooms were spacious, cozy, and accurately portrayed as shown in the pictures, and wake-up service was available. The hotel was situated a short taxi ride away from the charming old town.

The gentleman, compassionate check-in, clean rooms, quiet area, good location near bus stations and old town, excellent river paths.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Annecy that offered free parking and Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the highway and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering expert advice on the best places to visit in the city. We enjoyed the comfortable room and the free soft drinks we were given upon our arrival.
