Very good location to visit amsterdam you drive a car (free parking, this hotel is located just next to the metro station.

Perfect location, the best thing about the hotel was that was close to the metro station and the staff was friendly and helpfull.

The hotel location is at the end of the metro line at Gaasparplas - I liked being only 20 minutes away from Central Station (downtown Amsterdam).

Best advantage is proximity to Gaasperplas Metro station, six euros will get you a round trip to/from Amsterdam for a family of up to five.

The "extra" child bed wasnt of a great standard, but sufficed.

Not too impressed with hotel, because of size of rooms, rude night staff (daytime staff are wonderful), no room service and main reason is distance from town centre.

As there were 3 of us the shoved another camper bed into what little space we had.

Fluffy featherbeds were especially nice & cosy & the large picture window of our room had a metal shade which could be lowered for privacy & security.

Room was clean, food in Restaurant was good.

Many people who have used this hotel mention the nice park that is there, believe me it's not all that and there is nothing in the surrounding area, no shops, restaurants, petrols sations, news agents.

Breakfast: staff squeeze fresh orangejuice just for the show: the jugs for the guests are filled from a juicebox.

The hotel cafe was a little 'pricey' & had a limited menu for dinner, but it was fine for coffee & lunch and it even had a lovely outdoor patio seating area.

There is no room service, night staff are miserable and rude.

Free parking was welcome and the staff were very accomodating.

This wouldn't deter me from staying here again, however, as I found the hotel staff friendly, the hotel clean & the hotel clientele an agreeable assortment of adult leisure travelers, students & international tourists.

Plenty easy car parking 2 mins walk to train station approx 15 mins to amsterdam central good place to stay.

Location is great, its good becaouse is the last station and free parking in front of the hotel.

The hotel lobby is locked after 12 midnight-which made me feel safe & the surrounding park gives one the feeling of the country-side even though you're quite near the city.
