stayed at hotel camino real last time and had a great experience. this time it was even better - the staff were super friendly and fluent in english, the location was perfect with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the grounds were beautiful.

The food at the resturant was very good. Breakfast was included and they had fresh fruit, juices, eggs, etc. Felt safe at hotel. Desk clerk notified me at checkout about a road blockage at airport, very helpful. Thanks.

More like a 3 star hotel in the US. Could use a better cleaning staff, whirlpool tub was dirty and we did not use. However the hotel is one of the 3 top hotels in Santa Cruz. Overall, not bad.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, and there is a large shopping mall with a good selection of restaurants right across the street. The rooms are well-appointed and the breakfast buffet offers a good deal of choice. The staff are friendly and always happy to help.

The spa regulations are not enforced properly, and children are allowed in even when the weather is bad, making it impossible to have a relaxing time.

We had a late arrival and were worried about finding food, but the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily order food through an app. Despite some issues with the app and payment, the hotel staff showed great initiative in trying to solve the problem and even offered to pay for our delivery. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities, especially the pool, were a great way to relax after a long day. The breakfast, while not extensive, was satisfying. I would recommend this hotel for its value, location, and helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a large shopping mall, perfect for last-minute gift shopping. The friendly staff was helpful in locating a lost mobile phone and assisted with taxi services. The rooms were decent and comfortable, with the added bonus of a nice pool area and a small playground for children. The hotel also provided a baby crib at no additional cost, which was a nice touch.

I stayed at Camino Real for a layover and it was a good value for money. The rooms were a bit dated but nice, and the location was perfect for my activities. The staff went the extra mile to fulfill my requirements and the attention to detail was impressive. The jacuzzi and covered pool made my stay remarkable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

New hotel with impressive pool and comfortable rooms. Attentive staff and good quality breakfast. Located in a nice residential area near a new mall and 20 minutes from downtown by taxi.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The pool was the best part of our stay, with both a spacious outdoor pool and a cozy indoor one. The location was perfect, just across from a big shopping mall with lots of food options. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable bed.

Our room's lighting was poor, and we struggled to find enough electrical outlets for our needs. We also had to wait longer than expected for our room to be ready upon arrival.
