Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Puebla. The place was luxurious and absolutely fantastic, with its caring staff who provided great service. The breakfast was marvellous and delicious, they make a great selection of meals. The location was marvellous and amazing for exploring Puebla.

Our double room was amazing, it had a huge king-size bed 🛏️ and the bedroom was very luxurious and cozy.

Great location in Puebla close to the Quinta Real and one of the best Puebla restaurants and Museums, Cathedral, zocalo and fine restaurants. Also, close to historical area of Puebla.

Too big. Room too far away. Warm water too long to wait. Stinky bathroom. Staff very unfriendly with check in and check out. Pretentious.

Free wifi did not work and had to pay, rooms are small and the lighting is not great. For such a high price it did not include parking or continental breakfast. The courtyard was a little blank and the bar too separated from the dining area. Need to connect the two.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was courteous. Puebla Centro district was worth exploring. It's not too far away from downtown. Room service was really handy.
