I paid so much money a night in this five star hotel to be treated as a cheap motel service!
On Friday night, I moved to the floor of the bathroom to sleep and at 2:40 am finally demanded a room change as it was nuts to feel as though my room was in the middle of a band music fest.
They have a nice selection of channels, the bathroom worked fine, and I have a good minibar.
Our room was not cleaned until after 5 and only after we called.
Walls are paper thin and you can hear all in the room next to you, but guests are business level and not there to party so not a problem.
The bar is across a wide avenue and down the block a bit so it is nuts that it was so loud in my room.
Odd that there is a free continental breakfast set up for the Executive floor but the coffee machine was unplugged both days.
This hotel and the Hilton should have some degree of influence to get that La Camelia bar to keep its noise down to a reasonable level.
The water temperature at this place is great, the bar is across a wide avenue.
After all of this inconveniece all they offered was one free breakfast and we were a party of three.
I declined the offer because I was frustated due supervisor refuse to speak with me and only offered ONE free breakfast.
The hotel is a fine business class hotel and the reservation staff didn't work that day.
I have some problems with my Booked.net reservation, because I arrived in a festive day (May 1st) and the reservation staff didn't work that day.
The staff is not helpful, and barely talks to you.
All of the staff were pleasant and helpful.
It wasn't just X, it was all of the staff.
Called front desk again and they sent a repairman to fix it.
Everytime we met him in the lobby, he would smile and say hi.
The only problem was that the room service menu did not make it clear to us that there was a 10% fee and then we added our tip.
