This hotel was awesome, best rates on exchange I got was throgh AMEX and happy hour in the open-air lobby bar was really pleasant.
Really nice staff, huge TVs and towel service was good as well.
Service staff were friendly and the bath was also lovely.

The view was fabulous, this exclusive hotel was luxurious without being snotty and the staff were very friendly and nice. The room was clean and the food was great there, too. We dined at la vela and the dinner was very good, the pools were perfect.

Overall only view is good, the beaches at the hotel feel secluded and private, just enough staff spoke English to get by. The rooms are very large, the food at the two restaurants is great.

We used the fitness center and business center for free, lovely hotel. Really nice staff, spacious outdoor balcony and restaurant service was excellent and food always fresh and tasty. The pool was good.

Beach area was well cared for and the hotel was nice. The service was better than expected, our room was very comfortable and always immaculately clean, the food was barely warm and the dishes were bland.

The marble bathroom had a separate dressing area and was very well appointed, for the most part, the hotel staff were good. The service was great from the moment we checked in and our room was very clean and the pool. Other food was fine.

My room was on the second floor on the beach side in the corner and had such a beautiful view, the staff at the hotel were friendly. The water was returned to warm, the US $15 breakfast buffet at Cabo Diamante was also quite good and the three swimming pools were clean.
