  Great location and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent venue, attentive staff and concierge very helpful. Best bits about the apartment and the well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good food and service, the comfortable bar for after dinner drinks.

  Surroundings made us feel comfortable and relaxed, the hotel is very luxurious and facilities are great, staff are lovely.

  Stared at me silently i explained the room would not be free just before 11am and also an attractive tea/coffee lounge to rest in.

  Location is amazing and the staff are very helpful, the situation of the hotel is stunning and the service matches the standard expected, up to the rooms are just great and dropped off the bags.

  The view was lovely and sadly, a long awaited stay was not as expected. All the staff were amazing, the room was excellent and comfortable and the spa was fantastic.

  Beautiful location, a warm welcome and the door staff made you feel special and were always willing to assist. Our room was fantastic, the Great Scots Bar was very comfortable and the food in the Cameron Grill very good, the facilities were excellent.

  Luxurious surroundings and great place. The building, the location, the staff, the food, the attention to detail, excellent and fantastic service. From the very comfy bed, particularly liked the Boathouse bar and restaurant and the facilities are varied and high standard.
