  The taxi driver stopped off at a beautiful waterfall along the way up the mountain and the staff is excellent, the food is great the location is perfect. The hotel is gorgeous and the service is very personalised, detailed and warm. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is amazing and the spa is good too.

  Road can get rather busy and prices are not cheap, be prepared to pay like a duke.

  Hotel was excellent, the staff were very kind and the receptionists were already expecting us and checking in was quick and fast. The rooms were very nice and food was good.

  The design of the rooms and hotel interiors provides the luxury feeling, superb service, the manager was happy to adapt dishes to suit us. Beds were comfy too, breakfast was fantastic and the spa was excellent.

  All parts of the hotel are beautifully decorated and furnished including the bedrooms, awesome ambiance and the staff are extremely polite and helpful, the room is as beautiful as you see in the photo provided on the website. The food is excellent, great service and the technique is authentic.

  The hotel and service was fantastic and delivered just that, staff were very nice and helpful and polite, the room was big and comfortable. The afternoon tea was superb and the spa was excellent.

  The rooms are in very good condition given the age of the hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, nice little balcony overlooking golf course. Afternoon tea at the resort is also well worth trying.

  On the whole, a wonderful luxurious stay, very friendly staff and good rooms and the Spa just superb. Great food and very modern facilities.

  Not a pleasant view, dinner was not enjoyable and well overpriced.

  Location of this hotel is good and all the staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, the scones and pastries during high tea is simply delicious.

  Brilliant staff at this first class hotel and service is very good. The room is spacious and clean, and each room has a balcony, afternoon tea is magnificent and deco/attention to detail is impeccable.

  We just loved our stay at this hotel and excellent service. The room was spacious, listened to music at night and were entertained by a great pianist.
