It was exceptionally clean, everyone was very helpful and attentive. The hotel had a central position really close to Cambridge to date, a restaurant and the airport. The food was delightful and good, included bangers and bacon. I loved the stay here.

Thanks everyone for a very pleasant stay during a business trip. Overall it was well decorated with 2 beds. The location was excellant, close enough to a business area, the Bruce restaurant and shopping centre, in a commercial area.

The room we got, tradition queen room, was new-fashioned. We found sausages and bacon to be delicious. The hotels' team was incredibly nice: )

Disappointing aspect was very cold bathroom.

The rooms where well-appointed and large, had hypo-allergenic pillows. The hotel was in a central setting in the Bruce restaurant.

The room was very well-appointed with a bright bathroom. This accommodation had a central setting close to the airport. Further, it was so close to restaurants and shopping and Canada and different countries and Conference centre.

The breakfast was fantastic and the location was good. The rooms have laminate floors and feature unique artwork done by staff. Checking in was quick and safe, and maintenance responded promptly to fix a TV issue. The housekeeper provided fresh bedding and was pleasant to deal with.

If someone was ordering from the menu at breakfast in the restaurant, it was hard to get service. This was not one day but at least four mornings.

The Cambridge Hotel had all the amenities of a first class hotel. The suite was large, clean and very comfortable.

The staff was friendly, remembered your name and was always helpful. They were quick to fix any mistakes (like one on my bill) with a smile and little hassle. And the beds were very comfortable.

It took some time to get around to getting my room made up one morning when I stayed behind from an outing. However, it is a large hotel with many rooms and I can't really hold it against them.

Easy to find; good location; nice staff; comfortable rooms.
