  Knowledgeable front desk agent, very quiet room and pillows great. Pool es also good.

  Busy place service calm and helpful, one of the two elevators was broken, the food was a little expensive.

  Business center were available, dubbed a King Tower Suite was huge and the bed was among the best that we have had in our hotel stays. The furnishings in the lobby as well as in our room were lovely, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, another flat screen TV to we were able to connect our DVD. The meal was great and the hospitality from the Chef was truly amazing.

  The fitness center was fantastic and modern, the hotel was very nice inside, lobby was great. The staff were friendly and the concierge was very polite and helpful. The room was gorgeous, breakfast was good, fresh and checkout was very quick as well.

  Great location, excellent hotel and the entire building is clean from top to bottom. Nice lobby/lounge area to hang out after the game too, the staff could not have been more accomodating and the TV takes a long time to switch between channels. Microwave and are quite big, pillows are very comfortable.

  In a great location for Pittsburgh steelers football and wonderful stay. Home of the famous penguins and very nice, Big price. Staff were very friendly and the room was very nice. The food pricing was very reasonable and the fidd was very good, the gym was large and well equipped.

  This place was convenient and service was courteous. The room was clean, the food was really really good and waitresses were great. The pool was quite nice.

  The hotel is small, clean and staff is great. The shower is super powerful, the food is remarkable and chef Taty is a proffessional cook satisfied our appitites. The gym is excellent.

  The best thing about this hotel is probably the parking, the service staff are all exceptional and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. Chef is amazing and the gym is well equiped is big.

  Wonderful stay, pleasant staff and a nice suite at a high price. Bars near by and pillows extremely comfortable. I am looking for a good meal, great Choice and spa were very clean as well.
