I had an early arrival and the hotel was able to accommodate me by preparing my room at their sister hotel across the street. The view from my balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beach. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping ladies made sure to clean my room and provide fresh towels every day. The free shows offered by the hotel were a great addition to my stay, and I enjoyed the wide variety of food available at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for late-night snacks. The hotel's location close to the beach was also a major plus, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea.

All of it! Could not be faulted - staff, cleanliness, facilities, location, food, convenience re bus routes, range of activities and the excellent animation team made for a fantastic holiday. We will be back!

Good location - convenient to explore the island, bus stop right outside of the hotel, a few shops, tavernas and bars within walking distance; nice, very clean beach with free sunbeds; very good food with nice variety; great selection of drinks; excellent service - bar, restaurant, maids; perfect location to relax and have a great time!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room had a breathtaking view, the room was clean, the food was excellent, the shows were a great bonus, the variety of food at all meals was impressive.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, located close to the beach and water park. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a variety of imported drinks included in the all-inclusive package. The restaurant offered delicious food with lots of variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was quiet and had plenty of sunbeds available. a great experience.

Some aspects of the hotel were outdated and in need of refurbishment.

Spent Christmas with my family and we loved the beach and the pool right next to it. The staff was amazing, always being friendly and ready to help. We enjoyed the variety of delicious food offered throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town where we found many shops and great restaurants. The hotel even had an organized activity that made our experience even more fun.

The rooms were a bit noisy as we could hear the sounds from outside. The hotel also felt slightly outdated, and there were a limited number of loungers so sometimes it was a bit of a struggle to find a spot.

As for recommendations, we highly recommend this hotel to families.

Spent Easter at a lovely hotel with fantastic staff! The food was delicious and there were lots of options to choose from every day. Really enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a pool and was only a short walk away from the beach. The hotel also offered some great activities, like water aerobics and volleyball, which were a lot of fun.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modernization. the location was a bit far from the main town, so it took a bit of effort to get there.
