Had a fantastic Easter break at this hotel! Loved the friendly staff who made us feel welcome even at a late hour. The room was incredibly clean, by far the cleanest I've ever seen. We had a great view over the countryside and could park right outside our room. The decor was modern and stylish. Really appreciated the attention to detail. Also, the location was perfect, close to key attractions and had a peaceful atmosphere.

The restaurant was a letdown. The quality of the food was poor and when we raised our concerns, we were met with hostility from the owners.

Efficient service, peaceful and lovely location nowhere near the town centre. Also - close enough to a restaurant right next door that has a wider choice of food, and western Flanders.

The hotel's attention to detail is impressive. From the warm welcome with a refreshing drink to being personally shown to our room, the staff truly made us feel valued guests. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Situated at the old border crossing and conveniently accessible from Calais, it offers easy access to both Belgium and the rest of Europe. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, and even balconies. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, including the modern bathrooms that positively shine. The breakfast at this hotel is a real treat. With a fantastic selection of continental delights, including freshly baked French bread, it provided a great start to our day.

All was perfect, I couldn't think of a single thing to improve upon.

If you don`t wish to stay near the ports this is ideal.

The mattress protector which made for an uncomfortable night causing us too wake up due to perspiration.

After arriving on a cold evening we received a warm welcome from the owner who escorted us to the comfotable quad room. The restaurant is also very good with some local specialities on the menu - service was friendly and efficient.

The location and access by car is confusing and we missed the turn as it is a very minor road. There is no facility for hot drinks in the rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location at the old border crossing, which gave it a unique charm and added to the overall experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with ample bathrooms and even some with balconies and electric blinds. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight, with freshly baked French bread included, setting us up for the day ahead.

The hotel's location was spot on for us, right on the border of Belgium and France. It was brilliant, quiet, and relaxing in the countryside. The rooms were well-appointed and very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were well above what you would expect for a hotel of this caliber.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Heated pool onsite, very well furnished room with excellent beds, a fantastic selection of continental breakfast, an ample bathroom.

The hotel is great value for money, especially considering its location next to a major road. The rooms are very clean with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. the breakfast was very tasty with a variety of options to choose from.

Although the hotel is conveniently located next to a main road, it may not be the best location for light sleepers who are sensitive to noise. The small parking area may also be an issue for guests with larger vehicles.

The evening meal was better than I anticipated.

The tread on the stairs was narrow. Difficult to come down for someone unsteady on their feet.
