      • Very friendly staff and very comfortable bed.
      • Not a bad place to stay, the service there was lacking as well and the bed was very comfortable.
      • The shops downstairs provided well, the cheap price was not worth the unhealthy quality of air in the casino and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

        Well once you stay at the california there is no turning back, late night front desk clerks are cheerful and helpful, rooms are always clean and staff is very nice.

        Location for all my efforts was great and the staff at the CAL and Main Street was excellent. The best place to eat was next door in the 777 in mainstreet and service was adequate. Room was basic and clean, the food was delicious.

        Station is easy to access via an enclosed walkway, the bathroom is somewhat small, and the lighting needs to be better in the vanity area, this downtown hotel is the best. The staff is friendly, the rooms have been nicely upgraded and drink service at the tables is excellent as are the personnel take care of you.

        The famous fremont street was only a hop and skip away, the food at the coffee shop was good. From the restaurants and casino tables i found pleasant atmosphere, staff were fine, every employee that I encountered was polite and friendly. In room refrigerator was nice and the pool experience was very disappointing.
