Front desk staff were so incredibly friendly and genuine, making us feel welcome and at ease throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to downtown. The pool was stunning and the tiki theme was spot-on. The comfortable bed and cleanliness of the rooms really exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to friends for a fun and laid-back getaway!

The views from Caliente Tropics were awesome, especially the garden view. However, it would be nice to have window coverings that allow some privacy from waist level down while still enabling the view. I had a memorable interaction with the friendly staff at the Reef Bar, who made me a delicious tropical cocktail. The thoughtful touch of the mid-century tiki setting added a fun and lively atmosphere to my dining experience.

The lower room near the back needed some maintenance, with peeling paint on the cement floor.

The attentive staff was quick to help with any requests. The breakfast was large, the check in was early.

I selected this hotel for a business assembly as it offers excellent outdoor meeting space, easily accommodating tents of most sizes with or without AC. The scenic backdrop added a refreshing touch to the meetings and provided a conducive environment for discussions.

I missed having a dedicated business center with efficient services for work-related needs.

The hotel was situated in the very central location easy to catch early morning flight. Dessert restaurant Kreem located 1 km away was a nice surprise. There were a TV set, climate control, and a lounge in the room, loved that.

We had a really nice time in this low cost hotel in Palm Springs. The property was in a good location short walk to many restaurants, movie theaters and shopping and a coffee shop and a couple of restaurants for what we wanted it for.

Large breakfast and plenty of goodies. Well furnished and pet-friendly rooms with great beds and wake-up service. A very relaxing area, exceptionally nice location just off The Reef and Sancho's as restaurant and bar options as well as other restaurants.

We had a really really nice stay in this low cost hotel. Marvellous location and outstandingly accommodating and affable staff were a definite plus. You could walk to a market and chemist's.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel in Palm Springs. The colorful and lively decor throughout the hotel brought a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making it very accessible for senior people like myself. The staff, including Jose at the front desk, were kind and attentive, making my stay all the more pleasant.

We loved this cheap hotel. The staff was quick to help and they were friendly during our stay. The room was pleasantly decorated, good sized and with extremely comfortable mattresses. Had a very nice stay on vacation & will be back.

I was given good sized room with a very comfy bed. It had very central location close to Parking.

The pool area was lovely, with palm trees and a charming Tiki theme. We enjoyed ordering drinks from the pool staff while swimming. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, making check-in easy. we had a very enjoyable stay.
