  Public areas were smart n new, the room was on the back of the hotel and was clean, the reception staff were always friendly. The shower was great and restaurant was very good.

  Reception, restaurant bar area quite modern, airy welcoming, nice hotel and the staff were also friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were superb and the standard of accommodation was good.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful and its location to newcastle, first impressions of hotel were great. The rooms were clean and freshly painted and spacious, all the food we all had was very good.

  Not a bad location to get to st james on the metro and plenty of bars nearby, free internet access using hotel's P, the rooms are bright, clean and comfortable.

  Generally the area is very friendly too, hotel is a 3* and seems to be just that, reception good even offered to take our bags to our room for us.

  Great value for money, good service and reception staff were lovely on checkout. The shower took 5 mins to turn off as the tap just kept turning.
