Very pretty B&B, the room and bathrooms were amazingly clean and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the price very reasonable. It's the perfect place to stay for a trip around loch ness, and the town itself it's worth the journey! Strongly recommended!

Very friendly staff and owner. Comfortable room with a great view over the Caledonian Canal. Ideal stopover on any Highland tour. Hope to visit again.

Not enough to chose from at breakfast buffet non existant , no menu. Room was nice but not a superior double as described. To expensive for what you get.

Carol was especially friendly and helpful. She has provided a great breakfast and the room's setting is comfortable and warm.

Very welcoming host even though we arrived late! Comfortable bedroom with very spacious ensuite in a beautiful place. Plenty of choices for eating / drinking nearby. New flat screen TV offered unlimited choices.

Breakfast was fantastic, and once there you can choose between continental or scotish. The owner was a very nice woman and rooms were good enough. I could go again.

It was a very nice place located next to the river canals and people at site was very friendly and approchable, really enjoy walking by the river and like side, also the lady has two great friendly dogs which makes the place very mountain house, really enjoy my visit and area is very accesible.

All was very clean, warm inside, quality breakfast, good service and comfy bed, wood style every where, parking just outside, nice view to canals and lake, tea and coffee already serve, and very warming welcome at first crossing door.

The way the propretress was so accommodating with both my late arrival and me (of necessity) very early departure the next day.

From the moment we were greeted at the door by first name we knew that we were in a very friendly establishment. The room and en suite was quite small but had everything we needed. It was extremely clean. The choice at breakfast was very good and I would definately recommend the continental. It was amazing and their was far too much to eat! The cooked breakfast looked superb. The friendliness of the staff made it a perfect stay and I would recommend it to all my friends. The location was ideal. Close to the locks and in a quiet street.

Was there for our daughters wedding, great location. Carol was great, even done all our ironing!!! Great place to stay and very friendly.
