Nothing to complain about, the venue met needs well, recommend it. Immaculately clean, excellent value hotel, the location was absolutely perfect and amazing next to the coach station, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and the centre of the town. The room we had was a nice size and cheap for daily extras and the staff was excellent. Food was delightful and good, liked it.

The employees were nice and kept it all fairly clean. Got the same quadruple room booked online with fresh towels, a view to mountains, for instance.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. It's affordable and the prices for both dinner and breakfast are reasonable. The location is also great, right in the center of town with shops nearby. The rooms are large and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is simple and accurate. The basic amenities, including the fast internet connection in the lobby, were all satisfactory.

One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While there were plenty of options to choose from, some items like the bread, jam, and cheese seemed old or stale.

We stayed half board but the buffet food was pretty poor. I would recommend not eating dinner at the hotel.

This accommodation had a very central setting right in the centre of town. We booked a double room and appreciated it. The hotel's staff were pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating all the time.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic as it was very central and close to the slopes, restaurants, and bars. Secondly, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The breakfast had a decent selection, and I appreciated being able to take some food with me for my early flight.

The only small issue I encountered was the lack of a restaurant for evening meals.

Amicable staff, satisfactory breakfast, unbeatable location so close to several supermarkets and a big car parking with a good access, center of village, and the shop. Got big room with absolutely fabulous views of the snow capped mountains and central heating, a work desk and TV.

We got great value for our money at Cal Ruiz. The room, especially the big comfortable bed and nicely tiled bathroom, exceeded our expectations. The hotel's central location made it convenient for accessing the slopes, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved by ensuring that the dishes are kept hotter and better positioned to stay hot.

The rooms were large as for me, with on suite bath tub.

Fabulous views of the snow capped mountains from fantastic and tidy rooms. Great amenities like central heating, a flat-screen television and a writing table;)))
