The Phoenix with great drinks is 200 m away. We loved the nearness of castle park. Cars can be parked nearby.

Location fantastic for Cabot Circus Shopping Center- it is within a 5 minute walk. The Apartment itself is very modern, and includes everything you need for a City break. Very clean and comfy rooms, classy feel to the interior design. I thought the option of a few DVDs on arrival was a nice touch.

Parking was a nightmare. We arrived at rush hour, and the only place we could find with any space was Old Castle Street Parking (ncp). It cost £19 to leave my car there until my pre-arranged permit was ready. Upon arrival, a note told me the parking permit would be ready at 3pm the next day- but I had booked this permit for the whole day Saturday (I.E. hoping it would be ready for me first thing on Saturday morning). I had to call a member of staff, and they managed to get it to me earlier which was appreciated. However, be aware that the permit is for Cabot Circus car park, which is regularly full (especially at the weekends).

Apartment was virtually new as was the furniture and contents. Everything was smart and modern. The balcony was ideal and was one of the reasons for choosing this accomodation.

All was as expected due to the accuracy of the information provided. Would have appreciated a little later check out time-some similar accomodation apply check out times of 10.30 or 11.00.

Rooms are really great, with a well-designed kitchen and balcony. Comfortable and quite.

The process of self-checkin is too completcated cause I didn't recieve the checkin email. QQ.com could not recieve their emails so I recommend to use hotmail.com The located and traffic information (address) is not the same as they said on the booking confirmation. It can hardly be find by yourself, remember to call them!

Excellent place to stay, very convenient for the city centre.

Towels were a bit small, no parking for the apartments

The apartments were lovely and had everything you need for a short or longer stay. They were clean and very comfortable.

The only issue was the shower was a little difficult to figure out and the tv in the bedroom didn't receive a decent signal so wouldn't work.

We stayed with our family in a 2 bedroom apartment, which looked like it was brand new. Our plane landed very late, so we were worried about late arrival after midnight, but the check in is very easy, everything went well. We were impressed by the quality of the accommodation and the comfort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful view from the balcony and perfect location for the Cabot shopping centre. Coffee, tea and even hot chocolate with biscuits for our arrival was a nice touch. We spoke to the staff on a couple of occasions, who were most helpful. On the downside, we wanted to book another trip, and it seems these apartments are booked well ahead

The apartment

There was a very strong smell of cannabis coming from another apartment .

Nice, well appointed apartment, clean and well maintained, and quiet location off of the main road.

Niggly little things, like rubber seal on dishwasher coming off, bedroom tv aerial not connected, and dvd player also not connected. Easily fixed by myself, but should have been picked up. Also got accused of staining walls when got home- nonsense!

The location was perfect for town. The price was excellent, better than a hotel with more faciliaties. The apartment was very clean. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were a nice surprise. Love the Crystal Maze style check in instructions.

No hairdryer as listed in the description. No ice cube trays No recycling facilities Was quite noisy but that was down to other guests. The tv in the bedroom wouldn't tune in.

How modern it was and comfortable

I found the whole process from the receipt of the confirmation, the helpful text before we arrived, the flexibility of self check in and the quality of the apartment and its facilities to be first rate. The location was good for our needs and so easy to get to the restaurants at Cabot Circus.

I can't fault the accommodation, everything was excellent

The location in the pictures is deceiving, and the apartments are not easily accessible. They are in a built up location with building work ongoing which made having the balcony door open impossible. The rooms were quite small and very hot and when opening the window you were faced with the noise problem. I would hate to see what this is like in summer. Staff were inflexible for a late check out request, given it was a quite weekday, I was offered one with a price increasing by the hour!

The location, the lay-out of the apartment, the rooms were spacious and the finishing touches: pictures on the walls, cushions and throws.

One of the bathrooms had a faulty shower; there was a drain smell emanating from it and it actually flooded. Sometimes, the neighbours were noisy. The rain on the guttering was very noisy outside and kept us awake.
