The location is excellent and the grounds of the hotel are lovely.

Great location near I75 and good place to stay.

The woman at the bar area was extremely friendly and nice, the location of the hotel was very convenient - right near the I75, the reception had surprisingly good meatball subs.

Friendly staff, bed was great and the free breakfast was good.

That may account for the crumbs and stuff between the night stand & bed, dresser & wall, fridge & wall etc.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are so nice.

Rooms are very comfortable and full of amenities!

Great rooms and easy access, especially with someone in a wheelchair.

A large bar they serve breakfast in the morning.

Cabot Lodge has nice cocktail hour and free breakfast in the morning and it is located right next to a Target (along with several eating places within walking distance--like Steak n Shake, McDonalds, etc).

Easy to find, convenient to restaurants, stores, interstate, and the medical centers, which is the reason we were in Gainesville and will be at least once a month.

There are restaurants on both sides of us (McDonalds & Steak & Shake) and a shopping center across the street with a Target, Albertsons, Old Navy and more.

Between happy hour and the fantastic continental breakfast you can not beat this deal.

You cannot beat the service, all the friendly, helpful staff & you can't beat the great breakfast and cocktail reception in the afternoons.

Could not ask for better service from the staff.

The common areas are really nice, front desk service is exceptional and the new bedding is especially comfortable.

Great lobby with nice manager's cocktail reception nightly, even on weekends with popcorn to boot!

Also for the price I paid and lobby were clean.

This ia a great hotel and comfortable lobby area.

I loved the two courtyards off of the lobby.

On the first stay, our third floor room on the front side of the hotel was clean, fresh and quiet.

Also staff was friendly and our room was very clean.

Rooms are clean, the complimentary breakfast includes make your own waffles.

The beds were comfortable, pool was clean.

Rooms were clean, continental breakfast was ok.
