Its a nice hotel, has great prices and the staff was so friendly.

The location was nice, tipped the maid well as she was the best person in the place and the prices were reasonable.

The staff is very friendly, the bed is the most comfortable of all the beds I have ever slept in and the kitchens are nicely equipped.

The place at night is just gorgeous, the bed is the most comfortable of all the beds I have ever slept in and the swimming pools are amazing - 3 infinity pools.

The hotel impressed -- spacious rooms, the service is great and the beds are comfortable.

Our room was upgraded to a two bedroom sea view villa was spectacular, the concierges were very helpful setting up some of our activities and prices in the market were reasonable.

Breakfast at the very first restaurant in that line is delicious and the three infinity pools are awesome.

The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was nice so we could cook meals and the food in the restaurants here was definitely enjoyable.

The flore de noche outdoor bar and excellent food.

That saved us a ton on drinks as the swim up bar was nice, in our opinion the food itself was pretty average at best and as the pool was so wonderful.

The service is great, the water is clean and clear, the restaurants are all very good.

Maid service was excellent and the concierge people were wonderful.

Staff was friendly and concierge was very helpful.

The service was efficient and aLL of the employees were pleasant.

The interior design was beautiful and the staff was incredibly kind.

The place deserves a great lobby, lovely staff and nice beds around the pool.

Building 6 has the best view of the pool, the Plaza Cafe has good prices and the new lobby will be fantastic once completed.

The pool area was really nice and the hotel had a shuttle waiting for us at the airport was complimentary.

In addition the room was very clean and the food was excellent.

    The excellent service, nice bathroom and two free drinks at bar. For quick snacks, an amazing dinner and pool is definitely better than any cruise we have been on.

    The pool area is very nice and very interesting place you walk through. The staff is very friendly and helpful, mirrors in the bathrooms are more aesthetic than functional. The main restaurant Javier's is utterly gorgeous.

    Our balcony had a spectacular view of the three pools, ths place was VERY quiet at night and all the staff that we encountered were vey helpful and friendly. Rooms were great, food was amazing at Javiers and the facilities were good.
