Flexible staff, unbeatable location, everything was lovely. My room was well furnished with a double-bed and a big balcony plus bathroom, it accommodated me perfectly. Food in the Irish bar was good.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had an UNFORGETTABLE stay. They gave us nicely furnished and brand-new double room with the balcony. The location was perfect and magnificent, close to Saint Mark's Square. The Irish bar was superb with some good food.

I was happy, the double room I booked came with a double-bed as well as bathroom-v minimal decs. Its location was indeed marvellous and lovely and only 5 minutes walk from an ornate footbridge. Was in a great area and close to canteens and restaurants.

We got airy and brand-new room with large windows-with outside venetian blinds, a sky-high closet and bathroom. Having different relaxing drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch.

The location of this small apartment in Venice is fantastic - close to major sights and with a view of a canal. The breakfast, delivered to our door each morning, was delicious and more than enough. The staff was flexible and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The roof terrace overlooking the bustling canal was a highlight, perfect for morning meals. It's a great option for foreign tourists looking for an affordable place to stay in Venice.

Chic and clean place with superbly friendly and accommodating staff. The quadruple room with a coffee maker and a large sofa plus a loft bedroom. Plenty of appetising options for meal. Marvellous location, great area. 15 km away from Marco Polo airport.
