  The location is really wonderful, close to just about everything and perfect place to stay and explore La Serenissima. The breakfast room is lovely and the buffet provided was very good.

  The hotel was in a nice location in the quiet Cannaregio district, the rooms were very clean and well equipped.

  The 'courtyard view' was basically a wall and the staff were needlessly rude, the breakfast choices were very limited.

  The hotel was in an excellent location in the city and the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet.

  The staff we encountered was very unhelpful and had bad attitudes, the waitress was consistently grumpy at breakfast.
