I am having a really hard time agreeing on its 5 stars. The air-condition was not working, so we had 25 degree in room. One morning there was no hot water. Further the rooms / hotel was not clean at all, I would actually consider it as dirty. Normally I would file a complain in order to get all this fixed. The only problem is that this "international hotel" do not have English speaking staff!

Price was not so high ,service was acceptable

Most of the staff were unable to speak English The location was little far from the downtown and Central market There was no Wifi internet access at the rooms , although they have it at the Lobby . Online price was higher than the real price

Defenetly not a 5-Stars ir even 4-stars hotel!! They seem that they dont have a clue what hotels all about. & as for me, I travel alot and this is the worst experience I have ever encountered. Location is very bad. & it is not known to all taxi drivers also. So even if you have the hotel's card, taxi drivers cannot take you there without you tell them where the place is exactly. No attractions or shops around too. My advice. Dont even think abou it!

Room cleanness

1=No one in the whole hotel could speak a word of English neither them wanted to help us out. 2= The hotel promised as advertised at your website to provide in room internet which they did not have 3= Foreign exchange was offered which is very important in the country like China and they did not have.

Our first night the a/c was broken and I had to sleep in the bathtub with water.
