We recently stayed at a beautiful hotel nestled in a gorgeous area surrounded by mountains and close to Manafossen waterfall. The restaurant served great meals and offered a spot-on dining experience. The hotel was modern, well-equipped, and cozy, and the rooms were clean and had great views of the mountain. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options, and the staff provided excellent service.
The breakfast selection was limited on some days, which was a minor disappointment.

The hotel was really close to several attractions like Pulpit Rock, Kjeragbolten, Gloppedalsura, and the geomagma park. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the suite, central heating, television, and coffee and tea making equipment.

Unique style with rooms in lodges in "olden" Norwegian style including grass roofs and traditional decor. Restaurant offers traditional Norwegian dishes at dinner (some surprising to the visitor!) which are well-cooked and substantial. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable hotel supported by friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for exploring fjords.

We had an upstairs room in one of the cotages, small but technical perfect designed.
We didn't like the view. The window looked on the opposite wall just 1 meter across a path.
