  From day one the arranged new taxi picked us up at the airport the service was fantastic, value for money was excellent for a higher end hotel and the apartment was spacious and spotless as was the whole building. The staff were friendly, the balcony was large and outstanding, breakfast was ordered directly from the menu and satisfactory. Oh yeah, the rooftop pool was perfect.

  Nice bar, restaurant and bottle shop on site, the beach n sea just 5 mins walk away, the hotel rooms are very comfortable. The staff are excellent, tv channels and clarity can be improved, the kitchen is very well equipped. The facility is beautiful, modern.

  Good location for walking to beach and bangla/jungceylon, great hotel. And all at such reasonable price of 5000baht per night, friendly staff and overall the apartment was clean and comfortable. The service and the attention of the people at the front desk and in the restaurant was superb.

  Byd lofts great apartment hotel, very friendly staff and the rooms are very large and very modern. The swimming pool, located at the top floor, is elegant and nice, the food was excellent and a cooling breeze wafted through the dining are.

  Stay clear of this place, service was exceptional and the 2 bedroom apartment we had was absolutely ideal. Staff were always helpful and the food was great.

  Best place to stay in Patong, good staff and the rooms look like just in the promotion ads/pics. The kitchen is amazingly beautiful n funtional, the pool on the 4th floor is great.

  We booked a car through the hotel to me was well worth and the staff were always smiling and always helpful. Room service was excellent and the food was good and moderately priced.

  Jp's restaurant adjoining to the hotel was great too and we arrived to the Lofts and the front desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms service were equally good.

  Very good quality food at a reasonable rate, friendly staff and under any standard a 160 square metre apartment is incredibly spacious.
