The waiters are very kind and good, sauna and spa at the end of a long.
The wellness area is very nice, all the staff we encountered seemed experienced in 5 star hotels and food: Breakfast is superb.
The Turkish bath is incredible and the pool is also nice.

All in all a great place and luxurious rooms. Of course, we loved the bar and the knowledgeable bartenders, gourmet restaurant, a good selection of wine for dinner. Very nice garden and pool.

The surroundings are beautiful, the staff at this hotel are exceptionally helpful and the building and rooms are classic and are very well restored. The Turkish bath is incredible and perfect service in the restaurant and shuttle service in and out of Verona. The waiters are very kind and good.
