My family just returned from by the sea motel, the location on the beach is great and the pool was good and well maintained, a hotel is suppose to be a nice and pleasant experience this was not. The rooms need to be updated asap.

The pool was cleaned every morning and the view from our room was great, the bathroom was huge for a hotel bathroom. The maid service was good and the manager was a sweet lady. The beds were very comfortable.

Great place to stay and first the staff were excellent. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the maids came by to clean every morning by 9am.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the balconies for the oceanfront rooms were private and very nice.

The whole place was very dirty and unkept, the lazy river was great my 20 month old fell asleep on.
