This hotel is an absolute gem! the value for money here is incredible - it's half the price of other accommodations in the area, which is a real steal. Secondly, the attention to detail is outstanding. From the clean and spacious rooms with a kitchenette, to the delicious free breakfast that's waiting for you in your room, they've got it all covered. And let me tell you, the location is top-notch. Just a short walk from the bus stop to Siena, you'll be exploring the wonderful city in no time. Plus, with a rooftop pool and a playground, it's perfect for families with kids!

All in all, everything was great!

The staff were expecting us and left an envelope with our key in at the empty reception. We were able to go straight to our room. The room was equipped with a kitchen which made it easier to look after ourselves and had a large balcony. Ideal one night stop-over point on the way to Siena.

The hotel's reception closed early in the evening, so late check-in was not possible.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, which means that there isn't much to do or see around the property. there were a few noisy parties in nearby rooms during our stay, which disrupted our sleep.

Breakfast no variety but plenty

The personnel don't speak english, perhaps nor italian , the additional bed was terrible, and the kitchen was not equipped

Large room and large bathroom. Even though the reception is not constantly occupied, we have no complains. Personal very helpful an cordial. Very good value for a very moderate price. The location is nice to explore the area (Siena, S. Giminiano, Chianti, etc.); Shop, restaurant, bank in the same building; only disadvantage: you need to drive a 3-4 km if you want some variation in dinners (we stayed for 5 days). We go back when in the area!

What we missed: at least some kitchen gear to prepare a little meal and two chairs on the balcony.
