I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the downtown area, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Furthermore, the staff here provided excellent service. The reception team was helpful and some even spoke English, which made communication a breeze.

I had an amazing experience here and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Is a little bit too far from the beach if that is your main purpose of stay,but that is only the first day after that nothing is not far away.The last day we leave the room on time 12h and on 18h when we wanted to take a shower after the beach they tell us to go to the showers in pool area not in a room.THIS Is not good behavior for a hotel of that kind....

The hotel had amazing views of the mountains. The swimming pool was incredible and the biggest and cleanest we have ever seen. Staff were friendly. Rooms were tasfully decorated and luxurious bathrooms.

There was no staff attending the bar. Food in the hotel was limited on choice of menu.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city centre. The staff at the reception were really helpful, and some of them spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything is what I need and want.

The rooms were of good size and comfortable.

The command of English by reception staff is not good enough. The service by the pool for drinks is abysmal. The food selection at breakfast only caters for the Turkish tastes and should be much wider. As the hotel is on the main road the traffic noise is very loud. As a family booking for 2 rooms these should have been next to each other, not on different floors.

The pool was a nice size and we had plenty of towels available. The air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated as the weather was hot. The hotel was located close to some great restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area.

The beds were quite hard and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The food at the hotel was not very good and we ended up eating out most of the time.

The pool

The staff need proper training in customer service. No proper breakfast. Room was not cleaned. AirCon not working. About 2 km not 1 km from centre with a walk along a busy road alongside barbed wire and rubbish. Has potential but a long way off at the moment.

Very little English spoken by the staff, Food geared towards Turkish and not international tastes. And not labelled so not sure what you are eating. No tea/coffee facilities in room now standard in most hotels. Poor service.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and had a fridge, TV and air conditioning. Housekeeping replaced towels and cleaned daily. Breakfast had a variety of local foods, fruits and cakes. The pool was large and had a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks.

You couldn't bring outside food or drinks, forcing you to buy at the hotel.

Too close to the main road, noisy with busy traffic, the noise from the mosque which is about 200 mtrs away at 0430 hrs, staff were young and not trained to a high standard, the breakfast cosists of mainly salad and potatoes.

Staff. One word. They are attrocious apart from 1. Reception staff have no idea about anything or choose not to. An International hotel should certainly understand basic english without constantly saying when you ask a question...my manager will be in tomorrow. Unbelievably bad service. Prices for any alcohol is double what it is in harbour area and anywhere else. Very isolated and have heard preiously and it happened to us they give you a room on the road side first which is impossible to stay in as too noisy
