Overview

The Burlington Hotel is perfectly located on a cliff top overlooking the English channel in tranquil surroundings overlooking the famous Leas Promenade and Folkestone. You can easily reach the Dover harbour port where day trips to Calais and Ostend are available. In addition, within walking distance there are the M20, the town centre and shops, as well as nearby Canterbury, Rye and a wealth of places of interest in Kent, also known as the Garden of England. Moreover, the nearby Brockhill Country Park, a Martello Tower and the Folkestone White Horse are easy reachable.

The 3-star property is housed in traditional Victorian building built in the 1880's and carefully restored offering stunning, panoramic views.

Featuring 63 rooms medium sized in good condition and nicely decorated in traditional English style with dark wood and rich brown and red furnishings. All apartments are well-equipped with en suite bathroom with hairdryer and satellite TV, a telephone, a hairdryer, a trouser press and a hospitality tray. The restaurant on the lower ground floor serves a mix of foods both English and European but the majority of the dishes are traditional British cuisine. The lobby includes a number of leather sofas and comfy chairs. The venue comes with 5 conference suites and 4 seminar rooms suitable for private functions, weddings, conferences and exhibitions.

The Burlington Hotel is a good quality traditional property with great service and friendly and welcoming staff.

              • We had a wonderful view of the sea from our room, very good hotel for the price paid - restaurant very good and all the staff were so helpful.
