I spent Christmas in an apartment that had a decent location. It was walking distance to shops and the beach. The apartment was also reasonably priced and had enough space for me and my family of 4. The pool was a bonus, and the kids enjoyed swimming in it.
The bathroom was unclean with mould in the shower. It was tiny, and only one person could fit in it at a time.

Location close to the beach & Cotton Tree Precinct & Alexandra Headland. Easy & close access to walking tracks & beaches. The Managers were friendly, discreet & helpful. Reasonable rates. Quiet & laid back style that my husband & I experienced during our stay at the apartment. We particularly enjoyed having the daily newspaper placed outside our door each morning.
No dislikes - the accommodation ticked all boxes for my husband & myself.

The rooms were great and offered everything we needed.
Didn't like there wasn't a lift, steps are a bit of a hike for older people and the fact we had to go outside the building (in the wet weather) and use another key to get inside, was a down factor in the apartment.Water was pourin down the outside steps.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Best aspects were location, with the beach just a short walk away, and the hotel facilities, including a gorgeous pool. The rooms were clean and tidy, with good quality bed linen. The kitchen was well-stocked and included a good-sized fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Parking and transportation were convenient.
Was all great.

The apartment was in a really good spot for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We loved being just a short walk away from the beach, and the pool was a great bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in our apartment was really convenient.
The car park driveway was a bit steep, and our room was on a high floor with no lift, which made it difficult to carry our bags up. , the fridge in our room didn't close properly, which was a bit frustrating.
