The location of this accommodation is excellent, with easy access to all the main areas of the city. It is situated in a charming neighborhood with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. There is also a bike path nearby for exploring the city. The apartments are clean and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The manager is friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful advice and assistance with transportation and local events.
The noise from the street can be quite loud when the windows are open, which may be a disturbance for some guests.

The hotel was located in Palermo, a nice area close to most things. Since there was no reception it was difficult to contact the agent when we needed anything. When we arrived at the apartment the woman showing us to our room told me we had to pay 100 pesas ie $25 for checking in. I told her there was no such thing on Booked.net and told her I wouldnt pay. Beware of this ripoff
The room was ok but I would have preferred to have a contactable reception. We were supposed to buy credit for the mobile phone in the apartment in order to contact the woman who let us in. When we did call her on skype it was an answering machine. It was a serviced apartment but unlike other apartments we stayed in the room was not serviced while we were there

I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was superb, situated right in the heart of Palermo Soho. It was just a short walk to great cafes, restaurants, and designer boutiques. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to the Ezeiza international airport, which made traveling very convenient. Secondly, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were knowledgeable about local events and had great recommendations for experiencing the Argentine culture. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of wardrobe space for all my belongings. I found this hotel to offer great value for money, providing a fantastic experience in this vibrant city.
No major issues, everything was fine.

This one bedroom apartment slept 4 people, so was a good place to stay for a family. It was an apartment with kitchen and was in a good neighborhood with shopping and close enough to walk to the Subte. We loved it, since it gave us more of a sence of living there rather than staying in a hotel. There was 24 hour security, so very safe and staff was great and very accomodating. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic apartment, very good facilities, like having your own apartment in Buenos Aires, and good value. We enjoyed the handy location in Palermo close to shops and restaurants. The staff were really helpful and flexible as well. We stayed 4 nights.

Not a hotel, but a 1 br apartment, which worked well for two parents and our 17 and 21 year olds. Warm, clean, comfortable. Convenient to have a kitchen, iron, etc. Cell phone provided - just needed to charge it at a kiosk - a nice touch. Easy walk to subway line. For us$40, we were able to keep the room until 5 pm when the taxi picked us up for the trip to the airport.
Traffic noise was a bit more here because it was on the 5th floor right above the street corner. We were told that we've have to pay a penalty if we checked in after 6 pm. Since we were coming from Iguazu, this was out of our control, but fortunately, we made it in time.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a vibrant part of Argentina. The hotel provided great value for money, with very reasonable prices compared to other European cities. The staff were attentive and paid great attention to detail, ensuring that everything was in order during my stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to Ezeiza international airport and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and provided ample wardrobe space, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and helped start the day off on a positive note.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Stay during new year in Palermo is a great option. Neighborhood fireworks offer a colorful show that illuminate the whole area. A nice warm pool on the rooftop gives the opportunity to enjoy the first days of the year in a great way. The building is in a good and safe area in the city, close to cafes, restaurants and shops.
The room was quite small and there wasn't enough space to store personal things or hang towels. The air conditioning worked correctly but was quite loud at night.

During xmas, I stayed at a small efficiency apartment unit that had two modern chairs and a comfy bed. The location was perfect, a 5-minute walk to a major retail strip and a cluster of restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops. The apartment also had a washer and dryer available, which was a plus.
The street noise was very loud when the windows were open, and the AC needed to be serviced. The unit could have benefited from even a small table fan to move the cooler air around.
