The location of the hotel was a big part in our decision to return this year as it is situated across the road from Downtown Disney.

Although as the location of the hotel is in such an excellent position there are plenty of places to eat situated close at hand, i.

The taxi going back to the airport was $70, but they were there at our Hotel 5:00 a.

What a nice surprise the room had two baths, two queen size pillow top beds, a sofa bed in living room, two refrigerators, two safes , two flat screen tvs and bottled mineral water.

The second room has two queen beds, a TV, dresser, end tables, a table that seats four, a small balcony that faces the pool area, a vanity w/ sink, and a bathroom with toilet and shower (no tub).

The Island suites are BIG, bedroom, a foyer, sala with sofa bed, 2 TVs, 2 bathroom with one showerroom.

The room was clean, quiet and updated ( flat panel TV, Tile in bathroom, comfortable bed and great water/Downtown Disney view!

There are comfortable beds with luxurious linens, bath robes in the room, plenty of space (we had a suite) and so many on-site activities there is no need to leave.

Self park saves $15 per day, buy breakfast in the little shop and eat outside by the pool, avoid the overpriced and pretty dismal Steak restaurant.

We ate in the restaurant our first morning there but it was a bit pricey at nearly $60 for breakfast for 2.

This hotel had everything - laundry services a gift shop mini mart 2 restaurants and a sports bar - gym and spa.

Great pool area with childrens facilities and a very good pool bar with good, even by restaurant standards, food service.

The cafe is very useful for breakfast, and if you eat in the restaurant on Sunday morning some of the Disney characters are in attendance, we saw Minnie, Pluto & Goofy which my son was thrilled about ( so was I!

At this I went to the hotel front desk and explained that I'd like the managers card so I could address a complaint about the concierge staff.

Ivonne at the reception area was exceptional in her service, hospitality in the hotel was wonderful and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The Hotel rooms were clean when we arrived and remainded spotless throughout our stay.

I need'nt have worried staff were friendly, hotel was gorgeous, views looking out to Disney and Epcot were brilliant, room was clean and tidy and parking was'nt that far away!
