The staff was courteous, offered to visit some nice places. Marvellous location to the hotel's own foreshore, and the rooms were updated and modern.

The rooms are newly renovated and spotless with a lovely view out over the conservatory, fridge and terrace.

Huge and spotless rooms with an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk, excellent views. Reasonably priced food combined with a top-notch service.

The hotel was in a stunning location, down to the property's own foreshore. Also, the accommodation was only 1 km from a 26-acre sub-tropical garden. The breakfast was well prepared with excellent ingredients, the food was outstanding.

Location: the hotel was next to both overlooking the gardens, the slope to the wheelchair access point, and the pub. Again, it was relatively close to a public beach.

The restaurant was pleasant for dinner here, I had excellent dishes. All the staff was consistently courteous, solved my issues. The location was stunning and magnificent - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

We loved the warm friendly staff who were very helpful, also the food was so good that we we felt we did'nt want to leave anything the wine was excellent our room was clean and we had everything we wanted the afternoon cream teas were very welcome after a day out and all the staff made us feel welcome it was a top hotel with out the pomp and circumstance the only thing that I feel we did have a problem with was wearing a tie and jacket at the the evening meal these days as long as you look clean and smart should be enough and the men who want to wear these items can and those that are a bit younger and dont see the purpose of coming on a relaxing holiday and bringing these items with them but saying that it wont stop us staying there again as we had a fantastic stay, Thank you

All in all everything was first-class, had a fantastic stay during our entire visit. The rooms were huge and exceptionally clean in general, with excellent view over golf. The hotel had a remote location walk to river. We saw a tropical garden, that's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The breakfast was well prepared and sensational, all meals were HIGH QUALITY. The location of the hotel was remote, right by the Budock Vean, other activities such as paddle boarding, and England's most celebrated gardens.

Thanks for a fantastic stay for Valentine weekend. A classic queen room with fridge has basic facilities you need.
