The room with twin beds. We had a microwave and a refrigerator in the room.

It was a quiet hotel in a resort area, just next door to lake George and sarratoga and restaurants and stores. The staff was polite plus the location was great. Also, Cooper's Cave was 1 mile away. Our rooms were extremely spacious and had a storage space and a couch.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

The staff were very-very nice and polite and the location was excellent close to restaurants and stores. We had the double room which was spotless and cheap.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this low-budget hotel. The deluxe queen room was impeccably clean with new bathroom and 2 twin beds, as example. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for Glens Falls, near a shopping centre and Close enough to and restaurants. It also was close to the race track.

As foreign tourists, we loved the clean and comfortable rooms with updated furnishings and bathrooms. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our early check-in request. The location was convenient, with easy access to Lake George and Glens Falls.

Overall it was a nice stay for multiple nights. The staff members were all very, very nice and pleasant. The location of the hotel was favourable, close enough to everything. Besides, it was adjacent to the south glens falls, restaurants and stores and a shopping centre.

Its location was particularly good, near to restaurants and stores, south Glens Falls, NY and Close enough to. The staff where all affable and excellent. I greatly enjoyed the room with 2 queen beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

We were given a deluxe queen room with 2 twin beds upon arrival. The hotel's position was marvellous, close to a shopping centre.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional - everything was super clean, from the bathroom that looked brand new to the nice and clean carpets. The beds were clean and very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were impressive, with appliances that were nicer than other hotels we had stayed at. The staff was helpful, kind, and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was near the balloon festival and where our daughter and granddaughters live. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a great experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel, and we would like to stay there on the next trip. Our rooms were spotless and cheap, with twin beds. The location was great in the resort area. Good restaurant provided Mexican dishes.

I recently had a delightful experience during my stay in the Glens Falls-Lake George-Saratoga area. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff was kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, conveniently close to both karaoke venues and casinos, offering endless entertainment options. Whether it was enjoying the clean and well-maintained bathroom or taking advantage of the free breakfast with a variety of options, my experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional.

I did notice that the pictures online were not updated, which was a bit disappointing.
