Everything met needs, had a very good stay on a road trip.

The room of place was brand-new and large with 2 beds. Everything was perfectly fine.

Well-maintained accommodation with marvellous setting next to Subway and a platform. The king room was recently refurbished with 2 beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Superfriendly and extremely friendly staff and attention to detail.

Had a very good stay for the price, everything was nice. We liked the king room which was newly renovated with 2 beds. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge were a nice touch. The hotel has amazing location near a platform, Subway, and the bridge to Point Pleasant, Mason, Gallipolis Ferry. Furthermore, right across the street from the fairgrounds.

The location: comfortable and great & off the main road. Found in the nice enough area just next door to the fairgrounds, convenience store and Bob Evans farm. Brand-new room with 2 beds, good offer.

Clean, ideal hotel. Helpful staff of the property. The rooms with 2 beds. Particularly nice breakfast selection for all tastes with yogurt and juices, for instance. Comfortable and marvellous location, fairly nice area, next to Gallipolis, Ohio, the bridge to Point Pleasant, Mason, Gallipolis Ferry, and convenience store for spoons. Really good experience there.

This was a very good stay, good prices. The hotel was in a convenient and peaceful location, to the area I was visiting. What's more, it was so close to the bridge, convenience store for spoons, and the fairgrounds.

Some people working there were horrible.

The breakfast was nice with good choice of food, everybody can choose. My room was recently refurbished and large, and the staff was thoughtful. The location was comfortable, directly across from the fairgrounds, and the bed comfy.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even provided extra towels when they realized we had more guests than expected. The hotel was quiet at night, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was delicious, and the manager cooked the waffles for us. The hotel is a great value for the price, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room with 2 beds. The breakfast was exceptionally nice - a wide range of dishes. The location turned out to be comfortable and marvellous, just next door to a platform, and West Virginia. Everybody was helpful.

It was perfect and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with thoughtful staff and wonderful location right across the street from the fairgrounds.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations, with soft sheets and well-maintained rooms. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the fact that there was no carpet in the rooms. The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and hospitable, providing excellent customer service. We were pleasantly surprised to find a continental breakfast offered, and they even cooked our waffles for us. The owner went above and beyond, guiding us to local realtors and making us feel comfortable during our stay.

Hard to think of anything negative. The only observation we had was that the rooms had an odd design, possibly due to the color palette or lack of pictures on the wall.
