Front desk staff speak excellent English and the rooms are big enough.
Moreover staff is helpfull, a basic continental breakfast is brought to your rooms.
The location is great, 10 minutes walk to Red Square and as hotel prices go in Moscow this hotel is a good value.

Very good for Russia and the area, the beautiful hotel, of all the front desk staff, I can only say 1 was friendly and helpful. The luxury suite was fab and breakfast was great.
