Had king studio with a great shower and a big window and a good sized bathroom. The breakfast was great, the location was exceptional!

Incredible and wonderful location in New York City, close to nice restaurants shops Central Park, attraction location such as time square, and the bar / restaurant. Friendly professional stuff interactions.

The staff was exceptional and incredible all the time.

All in all everything was great, had an excellent stay for a short business trip. They gave us a king studio with full view of 6th avenue, modern bath facilities, as example. The setting was brilliant, short walk to public transport, shopping area, attraction location such as time square and 5th Avenue and right on cusp of East.

The hotel was wonderful small and fairly clean, had magnificent views of central park. The location was great and not far from a metro station. Btw, it was not far from a theater and a museum. I asked for deluxe king studio, it was high-class and well-maintained.

I got huge and airy room, it was included with a King bed, a good sized bathroom, for example.

Think that this newly renovated and extremely comfy hotel is beyond compare, liked it. The setting is ideal and excellent, near to the central park and many convenience stores as well as 5th Avenue and all the shopping. Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, where you can eat dinner, is at walking distance from the property.

The staff were friendly professional and well-trained, you should know it.

The staff was service-oriented and competent, the room was high standard. I was there for 7 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Its service was very good.

The hotel is RECENTLY RENOVATED with fast Wi-Fi and a fair value. High standard room and brand-new all around. Splendid view on the 57th and NY skyline and very good breakfast. Friendly professional and competent staff members, perfect location close to including many metros station, all key areas and Times Square and Fifth Avenue. For tea or coffee visit Zibetto Espresso Bar nearby.

The hotel was in a central setting in central Manhattan. The room I booked was maintained very clean and available with a pull out bed. All the staff was very welcoming, fixed my issues.

Definitely, there was bar missing.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with the 57th avenue subway station nearby and Central Park just two streets away. The staff was friendly and ensured that all our needs were met, even during city-wide gridlock. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a king-size bed that felt new. The hotel also had a fitness room and a restaurant with good food. the location and amenities made for a pleasant stay.
