A lovely location and the acess is tight as is on a hill. Ideal place to unwind and the guest house is up a steep bank. Spectacular display of wild birds on the bird table outside nthe room, their tea is the best start to the day.

Great views and a 10-15 minute walk down/up a steep path into Barmouth was no issue would be for elderly/less able physically guests. Was made very welcome, the Guest House was very clean and tame pheasant out of the window was a bonus. The breakfast was good, the owners were very welcoming and pleasant.

The views were absolutely beautiful and the hotel was very good. Also the room was comfortable and spacious, breakfast was nice. For a change there were tasty vegetarian sausages, the owners were very friendly.

Short steep walk to beach, great views of the mountain landscape and long steep walk to hotel following night out in town.

Excellent views of estuary and very friendly welcome. In addition good valve for money, very comfortable room and bryn Melyn has a very pleasant bar. Breakfast was lovely.

The views from the room were brilliant, the welcome was warm and unobtrusive, our bathroom was modern. Also the breakfast was truly great and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

I liked the spectacular views from the bedroom, comfortable atmosphere and friendly service. Our room was warm, the breakfast was good because they source products locally.

Other guests in a little bar area- enjoyed meeting others and the hotel was lovely. The owners were so pleasant and friendly.
