Spent 1 night in this hotel during our christmas in Llandudno. The breakfast was marvellous and sensational, such variety, with amazing views, toast plus great coffee. We really enjoyed the location, which was perfect and nice near the beach.

It's interesting place for sightseeing and exploring Llandudno. The staff are absolutely lovely and amiable, and the host too. I have stayed in the king room with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a TV. The sea view from the window is marvellous.

Had 3 nights in Llandudno, spending our time here lovely. Our king room was complete with the bedroom, beautiful views and shower. Marvellous breakfast with stunning views, and the staff was very welcoming.

The view was wonderful, the breakfast was marvellous and excellent. The staff were amicable, perfect and excellent location next to the property is a footpath leading to one of the best views you 'll ever see of Wales.

The location was amazing and lovely, next to the property is a footpath leading to one of the best views you 'll ever see of Wales, in the beautiful area. Plus, we stayed at a moderate distance from a modest community park.

Every detail of the hotel was perfect, all the staff were amicable. The breakfast spread was marvellous with stunning views and toast. The location was magnificent - short walk to the promenade/centre, Caernarfon and Conwy and Llandudno. Also, it was at a walking distance from a working farm.
