  Public areas were spotless, very nice decor and the staff were wonderful and price was reasonable. The room was clean, quiet and jacuzzi was large. Hot breakfast was also good and the employees was very knowledgeable. The pool was very clean.

  The location was great, the decor was unique and the pictures in the rooms of the local mountain area were beautiful, the price was reasonable. The lobby was also very welcoming and the service was friendly and efficient. The bathroom was clean, the indoor pool was nice and has a jacuzzi also, breakfast was decent and included waffles.

  Biltmore estate just down the street and location is good. This hotel is great, the personnel is polite and microwave , baths are clean and updated. Decent breakfast bar in the am pool could use some attention.

  The location was convenient to the Biltmore, the hotel was new, beautiful and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, nice and breakfast was adequate.

  Great location and convenient, pleasant atmosphere. Attractive decor throughout the building, nice price and the staff were extremely helpful and were full of information. The room was very clean and the continental breakfast was also quite good.

  Quiet location and nice place. Reasonable for the price and friendly staff. Rooms comfortable and cleaned meticulously, great sheets, dark chocolate curtains that blocked out all light.

  Great place to stay, consistent staff and very affordable rate for a large room. Mini fridge microwave clean and towels available at all times. Not surrounded by fast food, liked fresh fruit and a variety of good choices.
