  Hotel & room clean and tidy, staff were frendly, facilities were good &. The breakfast was standard and the table service prompt.

  There's a pub across the street that had decent food for much less than the hotel and the reception staff were relaxed and friendly. The bath was a reasonable size and the general standard of the room was good.

  Very convenient location, good value and all the staff were lovely and friendly. Rooms were adequate and comfortable, bar were cosy and a plus for Coventry were the parking facilities, breakfast the next day was interesting.

  Nice and quiet in a good location, peaceful setting. Very pleasant and helpful staff, rooms clean. Complimentary tea and coffee.

  Very hard mattress and the manager David Micheal is particulary rude and unhelpful.
