The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with three to four good restaurants just a short walk away around the corner. We felt safe walking in the well-lit neighborhood in the evening.
All was fine with this hotel, nothing to improve.

Great beach front and ocean views, secure parking, lovely gardens.
No elevator or porter service so had to carry luggage up / down stairs. It was a weekend so no maintainence staff to attend to problems. Room had seen better days, tiles in ensuite cracked. Poor staff attention.

Liked everything about this hotel - very clean, very comfy beds, nice decor, lovely breakfast, staff very friendly & helpful, and a fab view!
Only a small complaint - our room (125) is right next to the fountain, and at night the noise is a little irritating - perhaps it could be switched off at night.

Loved the stunning views over the bay from the spacious ground floor unit. The swimming pool area was amazing and perfect for viewing sunrise or sunset over the city. , the kitchenette had all the utensils we needed to prepare our own meals, which was great for saving money.
The parking lot got quite full when the hotel was fully booked, and there were lots of stairs to climb to get to the higher floors. there were no bar facilities in the pool area, which would have been a nice touch.

Location and space of both rooms and garden
Quite a restricted menu in the small restaurant - would have expected and preferred an a la carte menu in the evenings. However, breakfasts were good.

We stayed at a casual hotel in Eastern Cape with our kids. The location was great as it was near the boardwalk, many good restaurants and the beach. Our room had a small kitchen and was comfortable. We liked the helpful staff and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and lovely views of the ocean from the patio.
The hotel had ongoing construction which made it a bit noisy at times.

Hotel is not a complex where people can braai at their convenience on the ground floor (patio) and others have to live with that.

I loved the clean and spacious room with a kitchenette, comfy bed, and access to a beautiful garden with a sea view. It was great to have secured parking and enjoy the easy access to the beach and nearby good restaurants. The location in a well-lit neighborhood felt safe to walk around, even in the evening.
Absolutely nothing.

Great stay! The view from the room was amazing, I could see the sea all the way to the horizon. The breakfast was delicious, I had everything I needed to start my day. And the location was perfect, I could walk everywhere in minutes.
The pillows were a little bit uncomfortable, but it wasn't a big deal. I had a fantastic stay and I would definitely go back if I had the chance.
