The bed was comfortable, helpful staff, nice clean rooms, great location near shopping center and hospital, easy parking, lovely outdoor garden area.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay, with its prime location right across from a shopping center. Not only that, but the service here is top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities provided. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plus, the rooms are equipped with all the amenities you could need, from heating and air conditioning to tea and coffee facilities. There's even a sitting area and terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings.

The hotel's location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the free breakfast and daily room servicing. The room was old and smelled musty, the bathroom was dirty, and the carpet was stained. The sheets on the bed were clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here, even for the low price.

We recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel and it was surprisingly comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with a lot of room to move around. The complimentary breakfast packs, which were delicious, was particularly appreciated and the nearby shopping centre had everything we could possibly need. The staff were all welcoming as well, helping us with anything we required.

The strong smell of air freshener in the room made us wonder what odour it was hiding. Unfortunately, the fan only had two settings, high and off, and we found it too noisy on high to leave on while sleeping.

The Brook By Nightcap Plus provided an excellent bed and all the facilities I required for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for my needs and the staff was consistently accommodating and polite. The room was cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable. Despite a few maintenance issues, such as a broken towel rail and a broken shelf, my overall experience was positive. The water pressure in the shower was great, and I enjoyed the convenience of a good fridge and a hot water system. I will definitely consider staying at The Brook By Nightcap Plus again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, great amenities, and friendly staff. The hotel is close to shops and transport, and adjacent to a large busy shopping centre. I appreciated the ample parking space, clean and freshly painted rooms, and comfortable beds. The shower's water pressure was great, and the sheets were reasonable quality. The duty reception staff were friendly and accommodating.
