Brock Plaza Hotel Niagara Falls - 尼亚加拉瀑布城

The staff did all they could to make the best situation by removing furniture and this hotel had a great location.

The location is right by Clifton Hill, right next to the casino and and about a 10-15 minute walk to the falls.

The location is great close to everything.

Another nice thing about this hotel is that it is directly connected to Casino Niagara so you can visit the casino without even having to set foot outside.

The first full day there, we walked across the foot bridge to check out the Canadian side and were blown away by the difference.

Rooms are in need of remodel even the suite, wall paper pulling off wall, tubs need to be replaced enamel coming off, towels were older, bathroom window in suite paint was coming off window.

Yes, the room was smaller than chain hotel's 'box' rooms that Americans are used to, but it had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a TV and internet access.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable, with six pillows each bed.

The room was beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed I think i've ever slept in.

The balcony was not at all private, you could clearly see into everyones room on the floor and the hot tub was out of the balcony and was just a bathtub you filled with hot water.

We only eat breakfast which was nice, dinner seemed a little overpriced for an unimaginative menu but the view from the restaurant is beautiful.

Went into a place around the corner from it that was like a bar/restaurant had bowling/video games/pool,etc.

We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant which is also nice and has a great view of the falls.

The tenth floor is the Rainbow Room Restaurant, where we had a pretty good breakfast buffet for $55.

Very friendly staff from front desk to maid service and value priced.

Rude service personel: The guest service personel (front desk, consierge etc) were all extemely polite, patient and helpful (this was actually true for most of the service staff at Niagara restaurants and attractions in general).

Nice size pool, good jacuzzi, and good sauna.

To be super critical the pool was rather too cool for us to swim in (as Brits that's saying something), the Sauna and Jacuzzi weren't on and there were no instructions on their use.

But no fitness centre, no pool, breakfast not included.

The only down side for me was not having wireless internet.

There was no desk for working and during the whole meeting the wireless internet was "iffy".

This place is very nice, staff friendly, rooms clean, facilities great, jacuzzi nice and warm.

The room was nicely appointed and quite clean.

The bathroom was a good size, clean, and had a nice fancy sink.

Room itself was clean, pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was tasty and large.
